Your employees are now able to strike up a conversation with Copilot and quickly extract the valuable details they care about from lengthy documents. This capability works with single or multiple documents simultaneously, unlocking a wide range of productivity possibilities:

• Summarize entire articles, specific pages, or key sections
• Explore and interact with important areas of a document
• Compare overlapping topics or perspectives across different files
• Generate takeaways or new content based on existing documentation
• And more…

How Brief Me works: Let’s start talking to your files

Brief Me seamlessly integrates with the Moveworks Copilot, allowing you to interact with your documents effortlessly. Here’s how it works:

1. Upload your document

Go to Moveworks Copilot and upload the document you want to explore. Brief Me supports PDFs and Word documents.

2. Start your session

Once your document is uploaded, you can start using Brief Me. Simply ask questions or request information from your document. For example:

• "What are the key points of this document?"
• "Can you provide a summary of this section?"
• "What are the main conclusions of this report?"
• "What action items are listed in this file?"
• "How does this document compare to others on the same topic?"
• "What are the most important trends or findings?"
• "Can you highlight any critical information or deadlines?"
• "What is the overall sentiment or tone of this document?"
• "What are the key arguments or recommendations made?"
• "Can you list the major changes or updates in this version?"

3. Interact and extract insights 

Brief Me enables dynamic Q&A, allowing you to dive deep into your document's content. You can request summaries, ask specific questions, or even generate new content based on the information in your files.

4. Get reliable, sourced answers

Brief Me doesn't just provide information — it cites its sources. All answers are drawn directly from your uploaded files, ensuring accuracy and reliability. You can click on the citations to see exactly which section of the document the information comes from, minimizing the risk of AI hallucinations.

5. Explore the details

Brief Me goes beyond simple text extraction. It can perform calculations, compare data across multiple documents, and even generate actionable insights tailored to your needs.

6. Work within your existing workflows

Brief Me fits right into your existing workflows, accessible directly through platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams. This integration means you can extract insights without switching between multiple tools.

7. End your session

Once you've gathered all the information you need, simply type "exit" to end your Brief Me session.
