The Salesforce integration enables employees to take various case actions and receive case updates - all within the Moveworks Copilot. Also, Moveworks indexes forms and knowledge articles, while respecting user permissions. In an upcoming release, employees can leverage live API search with user authentication to query more objects for enhanced productivity.
